My great friend (Liz), her husband (Stig) and their two kiddos (Adella and Griffin) visited from Asheville, NC this weekend. Liz is a supremely creative and talented craftster who makes colorful handknit hats, superhero capes, screenprinted pillows, kitschy art journals, kid's felt crowns, custom tree print pillows, unique family trees, and so much more (great gifts for weddings, annivesaries, baby). She's one of the most imaginative and inspiring people I know. Check out some of her amazing handmade goodness on her
cozyblue etsy site.
Stig is a graphic designer/musician who plays upright bass for the bluegrass/folk string band, Dehlia Low. Greg and I rushed to buy their album from iTunes after hearing their song, "Plains of Tellico." Listen to some of their music
here.

Can't wait to get it framed and up on the nursery wall.
