American Green Tree Frog (
Hyla cinerea): common backyard species, inhabits southeast US, medium-sized, green colored body, smooth skin, large toe pads, sticks well to a baby's head.

*note: in our defense, Greg and I didn't place a frog on Simms's head. It hopped there on its own. In the future, we will try our best to prevent wildlife from perching on our child. (However, we couldn't help but be slightly entertained by this...)
