Becky Visits Jackson

Earlier this month, Becky flew in town for a long weekend. The kids always love having her around. It was an action packed weekend - a neighborhood street party, dinner at Barry and Barbara's house, a visit to the Children's Museum, and a trip to the Zoo.

Whoa. What's Happened to Our House?!

Once upon a time, this used to be a living room.  We used to have nice things.  Honestly, we did.
And then....Simms and Jasper came along.  I am astonished by the impact of these two little people. 

 The house may be out of sorts for a while, but I take comfort in knowing that we have have a happy home, a lot of fun and smiling kids.

Jasper is on the Move

Just 7 1/2 months old, and Jasper is already on the move.  During  breakfast at my parents house this weekend,the little guy started crawling.  Way to go Jasper!  Last week, he began scooting around a good bit, but I thought it would be another few weeks/month before he actually started crawling. I guess he was  ready to go.  In addition, he started pulling himself up on things. Time to start baby proofing (again)...
