This weekend we met up with Chris, Michelle, Mia and Mariane at the annual Hummingbird Festival at the Strawberry Plains Nature Sanctuary in Holly Springs, MS. It's hosted annually by the Audubon Society. Great place to get an up-close look at the Ruby-Throated Hummingbirds who are currently making their southern migration Central America. They stop in MS to refuel before their 500 mile non-stop flight over the Gulf of Mexico.
