Someone's Birthday? No, But Let's Wear the Hats Anyway...

Curious little Roscoe opened up all the toddler-level kitchen cabinets one day and discovered...birthday hats!  He quickly decided that everyone, including Rudy dog, needed to wear one.  Hey, sometimes it's just fun to be festive.
